If you've been reading my post on hair, you'll notice each one has 2 lines of code associated with them. You'll need these to change your Shepard's hair via Gibbed.
Gibbed was kind enough to make a rather detailed save editor for Mass Effect 2. As usual, though, he didn't bother to add Xbox 360 support. A quick edit and now it does work on the xbox 360. You have to extract your individual xbsav files from your careers for this to work. You can get the source here since I believe Gibbed GPL'd his. Gibbed's Audio Extractor. Largely untested, but it won't destroy your Mass Effect 2 install. For best results, click @, press enter (for default 'shit'). Add to music player, play randomly looped. There are likely to be some files that give errors when converting with ww2ogg, I have not looked at this yet. Mass Effect 2 is based on Unreal Engine 3 and many settings can be modified in a way similar to Mass Effect, allowing the user to mod, tweak or cheat. Where do they go?!
Open up the save you want to edit and navigate over to the 'Raw' tab. Click
Player -> Appearance -> Head Morph
This is what we're interested in.
'Hair Mesh' is where you enter the 1st line (it ends in the suffix -MDL)
Open 'Texture Parameters' by clicking the box that looks like this [...]

and a second window will open.
HAIR_Diff and HAIR_Mask is where the 2nd line goes (it ends in the suffix -Diff)
Hit okay to close the texture window, save your changes and you're done.
