Free Camera Train Sim World

How do I operate the Free Camera in game (key 8)? I have seen several youtube gameplay videos where the camera is moved freely to view the train and the scenery. I would like do that too. There is much more to see that way then with the standard Views. But how do I reposition the camera which keys or mouse buttons do I use? I could not find any info on this in the TS2015 user guide.
